Going to try it as a standalone at school first tomorrow, then combine with Chikara, MX297, or small doses of Turn up the Heat. I might try all (might bring some rubbing alcohol to wash off the pheromones in the bathroom and re-apply as needed). I hate to admit it, but I lost my Ammunition Summer Edition! D: I'm so bummed, because that was one of the main products I wanted to test and review. Might buy a new one tomorrow... but I really wish I didn't have to. Look for my first testing post tomorrow!!! It will look like a condensed form of my reviews!

Instant Shine: Possible Sleep Aid?
I've noticed some rather qualities of Instant Shine last night. I sprayed more than I ever had before, about 5 sprays. I noticed by the time I went to sleep, I could actually still smell it, rather strong as well. I have some sleep issues, so I took some natural melatonin to make me drowsy and help me sleep, but it normally doesn't make me fall asleep very fast. For some odd reason, I noticed not only did I fall asleep almost instantly, but I had the best rest I've had for about 3-4 months. Not sure if I should attribute this to Instant Shine, but I have noted Instant Shine makes me exhausted (and irritated) after a few hours.
It is 4:00 AM now, EST (like I said, my sleep patterns are all sorts of fucked up). I applied Instant Shine (1 spray) onto my upper lip. I will continue to this for a week to see if at first I sleep a deeper, more well-rested sleep, and then will see if I can take the melatonin sooner and use the Instant Shine sooner and see if it will help to get my sleep pattern on track. Let's hope this works! This could be a very useful reaction of Instant Shine if it works!

Again, I took this with one tab of melatonin. Going to try L-Theanine, more melatonin, then Instant Shine as a standalone.

Like MX297 from Androtics Direct, it gives off a nice social and friendly vibe and tends to make people around you more giddy and friendly. There weren't any overt hits I noticed, just many subtle ones. Doesn't seem to work too much on women aged 24-30, but works great on people younger than that and older.
Where to use: School, parties, daytime activities.
Synopsis:
Instant Shine is a pretty good product, considering you really can't OD on it and it's a self pheromone that in a weird way disinhibits you. I wanted to drink more at parties, talk to more people, and I actually found people more interesting than I normally do. The first hour feels great. It's like you took a can of Monster to the face, but substitute the pure energy with pure social skills. I thought a lot quicker on my feet and could make anyone laugh without trying. You feel like a rock star, but within yourself, not from the hits you're getting. Definitely helps any introverts out there step up their game. The only thing I didn't like about Instant Shine is DEAR GOD does it make you exhausted if you don't have consistent social stimulation. This pheromone won't affect people nearly as much as it will you, but it will. Just not like any other pheromone however. Definitely would recommend wearing this with ANY pheromone mixture. As like Chikara, it's a great compliment to many mixtures. It tends to mold itself towards whatever mixture you are wearing. Wearing a sexual mixture? You feel like a complete alpha male. Wearing a social mixture? You'll talk to anyone. Wearing a status mixture? You'll feel like a rock star. And hey, the smell isn't half bad either. I wouldn't recommend re-applying once you've drank some liquor. I noticed it gives me the spins once I pass a certain level of tipsiness and gives me some light nausea, but is completely safe to drink if you've applied it awhile ago.

Observable Hit Descriptions:
- Many of the 20-something-year olds (male and female) at my job were far more receptive and friendly towards me and complimented me frequently and thanked me.
- Customers (of all ages and sexes) thanked me EVERY SINGLE TIME, nearly unheard of as no one ever so much as bats an eyelash at me or any of my co-workers, besides servers (I'm a backwaiter, sort of like a busboy and foodrunner).
- Managers ranging from late 20's to early 30's complimented continuously on my work ethic.
- Had noticeable hits at parties from one Indian girl (about 20 years old), who asked my girl friend (friend who is a female, not my girlfriend) if I was her boyfriend. She was about a 6/10.
- Went to a very ghetto party, had lots of head turning from a lot of the Hispanic girls, most of them 60 or higher!
- One black girl at said party approached me, out of everyone in the crowded as fuck room to talk to ME. She was 54/100.
- Another black girl tickled my neck and said "Heyyyyyy!" as she walked past me. Didn't see her too well. It was very fast and too crowded.
- No real enactment from the Hispanic girls other than very obvious DIHL and plenty of head turning.
- At a different party, a Hispanic girl seemed to open up to me very fast. Complimented my shoes. 76/10.
- Three high school girls were starting at me the entire time me and my buddy were talking to one another. He also wore Chikara that night too. We didn't say anything to each other at the time, but we admitted to each other once we left that we BOTH noticed the 3 girls completely STARED at us when one of us was talking. They ranged from 60-68/100.

Synopsis:
I absolutely love Chikara. Being my first pheromone purchase, I was a huge skeptic. This is one of the best pheromones to mold to any situation you're in. People tend to respect me more, compliment me on my work ethic, and just flat out be more friendly to me at work, while men are very friendly and buddy-buddy with me at parties while women give very overt sexual hits. This pheromone is my daily pheromone. I wear it almost everywhere. I will admit that it gets significant hits from Hispanic and Black women, unsure why. I only notice negative reactions with this when I mix it with another product, so I'm going to tell you straight-up, this product is great as is. I do not recommend, however, wearing this product if you want more of a certain thing. Yes, this product can easily adapt to ANY situation, but there are other pheromones out there that work even better for that particular situation. Chikara is just the initial safe bet! I would consider Chikara a GREAT beginner's pheromone. It's not easy to OD on, and with 7 different pheromones, it's already a great mix for those unexperienced with mixing. My only qualm with Chikara is that all of the NE hits happen on the same day. I normally never get an NE one a day I get some kind of hit. So it would appear you can OD/ghost with Chikara, but not very often, luckily. And while it is unscented, it still smells like rubbing alcohol.

An Explanation of My "Girl Rating" Scale
You'll notice with my observable hits section in my reviews, I rate the girls that I get overt hits from. So let me explain my scale. I follow this scale very strictly. Now some of you may notice that a lot of the girls receive less than a 7. Please understand that 5 alone is AVERAGE. Even a 5.5 is above average in looks. I'll try to give you a reference guide to the best of my ability on what I count as certain ratings. I may convert to a 1-100 scale. This may seem like a satiric piece, but I'm actually dead serious. I normally have a 3-point scale (body, face, personality) that I use in real life, but for now, this scale will be mostly just a combination of body and face.
